These 100 Steps Can Be Memorized in 2 Seconds and Will Help You Lose 12 Pounds This Year

100 stepsIn order to be skinny and debt free, it’s important to eat a little less and exercise more.

Walking is a fun, efficient, healthy and cheap form of exercise.

Here are the 100 steps I promised:

  1. Walk an extra 100 steps the first day.
  2. Add an extra 100 steps each day for 20 straight days.
  3. You now would be walking about an extra 1 mile a day.
  4. If you walked an extra 1 mile a day, every day …
  5. You would lose about 12 pounds a year !

This would be a step in the right direction.
